In 1942 she married Irvin Rapp and had 3 children. Helen attended St. Elizabeth nursing school and worked as an LPN2 before retiring.
Helen was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family and cooking for them.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Rapp, and daughter, Valinda Bailey. She is survived by her son, Lee Rapp and special friend Lila; son, Carl Rapp; daughter-in-law, Rita Rapp; son-in-law, Ray Bailey; 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
At Helen’s request, no services will be held. Langevin El Paraiso Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
