

Ryan, was a plumber for Burke plumbing, he enjoyed his job and the people he worked with. He was a great friend to many. He was kind, outgoing, funny, and loyal. He would always be there and do whatever he could for his friends and family. An amazing father to his beautiful daughter Brixley, age 2. Brixley was his joy in life. He loved playing with her at parks, taking her on ice cream dates and reading books to her. He was an amazing father, son, brother, uncle, friend, nephew and cousin. His smile and laugh, could light up a room. Anyone who knew him knows he had a big heart and loved life. He attended Selah schools. He liked camping, riding four wheelers, hanging out with friends and family making memories.
Ryan is preceded in death by his Grandfather Raymond Jasper McDowell, Grandmother Doris Louise McDowell and Grandma Jodi.
Ryan is survived by Mother Gena McDowell, Father Brian McDowell, Daughter Brixley Lenox McDowell, Brothers Alex McDowell and Christian Turnbough, Grandparents George and Betty McDowell. Soulmate Shaylin Burke.
A memorial service for Ryan will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Keith & Keith Funeral Home, 902 West Yakima Ave, Yakima, WA 98902. Reception afterwards.
The family of Ryan McDowell would like to express their appreciation to Lance Burke and family from Burke Plumbing for their kindness and help at this difficult time.
