Ta’Leona (Ta’Le) Serenity Dawn Clair went to play with Jesus on Friday, July 20, 2012 at Children’s Hospital in Seattle, Washington. Ta’Le was born in Yakima, WA on January 13, 2009 to Guadalupe Macias and Tracy Clair. Ta’le loved to run, play and climb inside and outside. She had an infectious giggle that brought joy to all who heard her. She loved to play in the nursery at First Baptist Church and got excited to see the school bus come up the road.
Ta’le is survived by her father, Lupe Macias (Amanda Knight), and mother, Tracy Clair, Grandparents Anna Guzman of Yakima, Harold Faling (Jossanne) of Ellensburg, Rana Faling of Ellensburg, “Unofficial” Grandparents Don & Kathy Knight of Yakima and numerous other relatives.
The family would like to thank the staff at Children’s Village of Yakima, especially Amanda Potter and Kristen Spencer, and the doctors and nurses in the ICU at Seattle Children’s Hospital for their help, love, and care for Ta’Leona.
Even though Ta’Leona was only with us for 3 years, she brought love and joy to the lives of everyone who was around her and we will miss her dearly.
Viewing will be held at the Keith & Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel on Wednesday and Thursday, July 25 and 26 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A Celebration of Te’Le’s Life will be held Sunday, July 29, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, 515 E. Yakima Ave., Yakima.
Memorials can be made to Children’s Village of Yakima or Seattle Children’s Hospital.
