

He was born in Lamar Colorado on December 6, 1962 to William Lee Davis and Juanita M. Davis. Ted was well known for his compassion and his willingness to help others. He was well loved and will be greatly missed by all his Family and friends. He drove a truck at Pioneer Commodities and Trucking. He also worked at United Builders and Boise Cascade among other jobs. He was well loved by his coworkers.
Ted was a participating member at Odd Fellows. He served in Honduras where he was acknowledged for his exemplary service. He was part of the military police in Germany. He attended Davis High school and Perry Tech. for the automotive program.
He has three surviving children in Yakima and one child he accepted as his own. Graham Davis, Sandi Davis, Grace Davis and Laine Daws. He had five surviving brothers: Lucky Davis and his wife Nancy from Selah, WA. Marty Davis and his wife Larenda from Selah, WA, Bill Davis and his wife Virgina from Goldendale, WA, Charles Davis from Kennewick, WA and Jesse Davis from Roy, WA. Ted had one sister that preceded him in death at a young age named Debra Denise Davis. His parents are both deceased .
Memorial services for Ted will be on Saturday August 18th at 4:00 p.m. at Yakima Christian Center 1422 S. 10th Ave. Yakima, Washington. The contact person will be Lucky Davis at 509-969-6539.
A potluck will follow the service at the same location. Please bring a salad, dessert or side dish.
