Evelyn Gore

Evelyn was born September 14, 1932 in Yonkers, New York, to parents Carroll and Virginia Gore. She was a life long resident of Yonkers, with other residences in Riverhead, NY, as well as Anna Marie Island, FL. She spent her career as a visiting nurse, working for the Westchester Visiting Nurse Association for 35 years.

Evelyn is also survived by her siblings, Joseph Gore and his wife Ellen, as well As Alice Mihalczo and her husband Edward. She is also survived by; her nephews, Michael Mihalczo and his wife Barbar, Daniel Mihalczo and his wife Carol, Joseph Gore and his wife Margot, and William Gore and his wife Sandra; her nieces Lauren Bernardi and Gail Bucchieri; her Grand Nephews, Michael Mihalczo, Edward Mihalczo, Tanner Gore, Evan Gore, and William Gore and his wife Tia; her Grand Nieces, Loni Gawy and her husband Patrick, Christie Bucchieri, and Dawn Rai and her Husband Lee; and her Great Grad Nieces and Nephews, Hudson, Gavin, and Violet.

A visitation for Evelyn will be held Friday, August 24, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home, 168 Park Ave, Yonkers, New York 10703.

A mass of christian burial will occur Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 110 Shonnard Pl, Yonkers, New York 10703.

A private cremation will occur following Mass.
