Grace Brown

Grace was born to John O’Neill and Agnes Chinnery in Yonkers NY. She was predeceased by her Husband Andrew Brown, a granddaughter Tara Fitzgerald, her sister Gloria “Betty” Moran, and two brothers Edward O’Neill and Harry O’Neill. Grace is survived by her 8 children, Marilyn Sullivan of Carmel, CA, Andrew Brown of Stuart, Fl, Janet Lemischak of Lake Carmel, NY, Mary Fitzgerald of Yonkers, David Brown of Yonkers, Edward Brown of Yonkers, Francis Brown of Yonkers and William Brown of Yardley, PA. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren who adored her. She took pride in sharing pictures of her grandchildren and enjoyed their company. The last several years Grace resided at Andrus Nursing Home and for a few years she was an Ombudsman for her floor. She enjoyed this job with great gusto. She was well liked by all. Anyone who knew Grace would certainly remark that she was truly an “unforgettable” person. Visiting Hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Monday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Anthony’s Church on Tuesday July 2nd at 11 am. Interment will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Putnam Valley. Whalen & Ball Funeral Home
