Joseph L. Ingenito

September 20, 1937 – April 19, 2025

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Joseph, aged 87, of Yonkers, NY. He passed away at Westchester Hospital with loved ones by his side.

Joe is survived by his loving spouse Patricia, and his adoring children Joseph(Jennifer), Mary, Michael (Elise), and Danielle, as well as his stepchildren, whom he treated like his own, John (Michelle) & Debbie (Mike). He was a huge part of his 13 grandchildren’s lives and will be sincerely missed every day. He is predeceased by his sister Jeanie (Jerry) and survived by his warmhearted sister Lois (Thom). Also loved by his sister in law’s, Jackie & Eileen. He was cherished by his nieces, nephews, and friends, who meant the world to him.

Joe will be remembered for his generosity and kind nature, always giving the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it. He will be missed and never forgotten, and will live through all the lives he has touched.

Visiting hours for Joseph will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home, 168 Park Ave, Yonkers, NY 10703. Funeral service will take place on Thursday, April 24, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home. Final disposition is private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Jude’s Research Center, in honor of Joseph’s passionate support for children and their families.
