

A. Louise Koehler passed away peacefully at the age of 94 in Prescott Valley, Arizona on Thursday, May 22, 2025. She was born on July 09, 1930 to Marjie and Nathaniel Pierce. She was the oldest of three children with a brother Gene, sister Carolyn and later in life, a stepbrother, Charles. She married James Warren Koehler in 1947 and together they provided a loving and Godly home for their children.
She will be remembered as the woman who loved to cook, clean and sew. Every social gathering she made cupcakes or cookies. At church she always helped with the potlucks, bible school and made sure the kitchen was clean. She served her church as a secretary and treasurer as long as possible. Her dedication to God, family and hard work served as her devotion to those that knew her.
Her work outside of church started in a factory making clothing, then changed to JC Penny as a Customer Service Representative. Opportunity led her Sperry Corporation and to be closer to home, to Western Savings as a Branch Manager, she was well known in the community from church and school. Her final journey to Sun Health, where she worked as the Volunteer Coordinator until she retired and moved to Prescott Valley, Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren, in 2013; daughter Linda, in 1968; daughter Kay, in 2001 and son in law Larry, in 2001; daughter Sherry, in 2021 and son in law, Park, in 2011. She is survived by her children Janice (Larry) Weedman, Staeci (Tom) Meagher, ten grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
