Doug was born February 21, 1951 in Flint, MI to Marvin and Grace (Teffner) Gladen.
Doug enjoyed woodworking, playing his guitar, camping, nature, feeding animals and birds and retirement.
He is survived by his sister Mary Beth (Gladen) Bottoms, nephew Stuart D. Billey, niece Sarah G. Billey and great nephew Silvon S. Carpenter IV. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation has taken place at his request. He will be brought home and laid to rest at Sunset Hills Cemetery. A memorial and burial will be held at a later date.
