Isabelle was born to Joseph and Mary Crnkovich in Monaca, PA. She is the youngest of six kids.
She met and married the love of her life, Louis “Bud” Mercier in 1969. She came to our family at a time when we needed her the most. Bud had lost his 1st wife, Dorothy, leaving 6 kids without a mom. She became our “Mom” instantly.
She is preceded in death by her husband Bud, her daughter Sherry, her parents and 5 siblings, her favorite dog, Maggie.
She is leaving behind her daughters Colleen Ehrhart (Bob), Tracy Stephens (EG), Brooke Mercier, Tammy Byers (Craig) and her son, Jim Mercier (Christina), a ton grandkids and great grandkids.
