Pedro Urueta, 89, from Alamogordo, NM, passed away on March 16, 2025. He was born on January 31,1936, in Saucillo, Chihuahua to Manuel and Sofia (Armendariz) Urueta. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Elvira Urueta and his children, Manuel (Margarita) Urueta, Ivonne (Michael) Cacy, Pedro Jr (Sommer) Urueta, and Carla Herrera. Pedro was a beloved grandfather to seven grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
Services will be at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 705 Delaware Avenue, Alamogordo, New Mexico on April 5, 2025. Rosary will start at 10:30 am followed by a mass at 11:00 am. Burial will follow immediately at Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery, 1301 E First Street, Alamogordo, New Mexico.
