Duane Feldman

Harry Duane Feldman, 68, passed away February 10, 2014, after a two year battle with a brain tumor. He was born August 8, 1945, in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. He had been a resident of Calimesa and Yucaipa for 44 years. Duane served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1966 until 1970, and later a brief time in the Reserves.

Duane was a co-owner of several automotive businesses in town for a total of 24 years.. He enjoyed motorcycles, flying airplanes and classic cars. "Papa Duane" was an avid supporter of his grandkids sporting activities. For many years, he was actively involved with various ministries at Yucaipa Christian Church. Many will remember him for his kindness and concern whenever an automotive needs arose.

Duane is survived by two daughters Cindi Arrigotti and her husband Eli of Denair, California and Beckie Saavedra and her husband Jeff of Yucaipa, California; son Matt Feldman and his wife Sarah of Yucaipa, California; six grandchildren and his brother Ronald Feldman of Clarksville, Tennessee.

Memorial service was held Monday, February 17, 2014, at Yucaipa Christian Church, Yucaipa, California. Private interment at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California.
