

Jeannette L. Gustas, 37 years old, passed away on March 18, 2012 in Redlands, California. Jeannette was born on September 10, 1974, in San Bernardino, California and spent most of her life in Yucaipa, California. On January 19, 2012, her father, John A. Gustas, preceded her in death. She is survived by her 16 year old son, Kirk Anthony Alan Fisher, her mother Deborah Gustas, sisters; Gina Marie Morton and Jamie Lea Mote, brother in law, Johnny Morton, maternal grandparents, Ross and Lois DiGioia, Aunts: Donna Crouch, Diana Weddington, Gayle Villavicencio and Louden, Tina Gustas, Sandy Bonefede, Kent Philpot, Uncles: Mark DeGioia, Michail Crouch, Gary Villavicencio, James Gustas, Joe Bonefede, Kent Philpot and Norman Weddington, 7 nephews and 2 nieces, one great niece and many cousins, all from Yucaipa, Utah and Up State New York.
Jeannette was known as a wonderful mother with a big heart. She had a beautiful singing voice and the talent to the Alto Saxophone. She played her saxophone in the Yucaipa High School Band and was the winner of the prestigious Outstanding Jazz Musician and Louis Armstrong Jazz Awards. She loved to go deep sea fishing, hiking, camping, singing in the church choir and spending time with her family and friends. She worked as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist and Emergency Room Secretary. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 2, 2012, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at 10:00 AM, at The Ark of the Nazarene, 1307 E. Citrus Ave, Redlands, CA 92374 followed by burial at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, Calimesa, California. Arrangements were entrusted to Weaver Hughes Mortuary, Yucaipa, California.
