Agustin "Augie" Carlos Mendoza

Augie was born to William (Bill) Alcala Mendoza Sr & Ramona B Barraza in Banning California.

Augie was the baby in the family.

Most of Augie’s life was here in Yuma Arizona, going to the local schools, playing baseball and loving life. He lived in Lindsay California for a period of time with his brother Adam.

He also attended the College of Sequoia in Visalia California and received a certificate in Social work.

Agustin (Augie) was a member of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Tucson Arizona

Augie leaves behind his son Daniel Salazar.

His dad, William (Bill) Alcala Mendoza Sr, Brother Bill (Patty) Mendoza Jr Sister Geri (Jimmy) Evaro Sister Peggy (Tom) Delgado Brother Adam (Lorie) Mendoza Brother Leo (Nancy) Mendoza Sr Many nieces and nephews, aunts , uncles and cousins.

Preceded in death was his mom Ramona & (Leo )Barraza, Brother Joe Mendoza Sr, Brother Rigo & (Anita) Mendoza Grandparents Ramon & Delores Busani Barraza, Grandmother Margaret Alcala Grandfather Leo Mendoza Aunt Jennie Leyva Uncle Guadalupe Talamante Miranda Nephew Tony Mendoza Niece Lydia Mendoza Niece Heavenly Star Mendoza Niece Trisha Mendoza.

A graveside service for Agustin will be held Monday, February 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, 1415 South First Avenue, Yuma, Arizona 85364.
