Billie Ann Heck (Missey), age 87, peacefully passed away in Sun City, on March 6th, 2022. Mrs. Heck was born on November 27th, 1934 in Wetumka, Oklahoma. Mrs. Heck, married the love of her life, Dean Heck (preceded in death) in 1974.
Mr. and Mrs. Heck, spent many rewarding years teaching underserved youth on Indian Reservations. Billie found a late calling in life and became passionate about working with kids, becoming a substitute teacher.
Mrs. Heck was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother. She is survived by her brother, Russell Savage Jr. (Bucky) of Phoenix, AZ, her daughter, Brenda Flatt of Sun City, AZ, her son, Gary White of Phoenix, AZ, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Mrs. Heck is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Ruby and Ralph Missey, 2 brothers, Ray Savage and Earl Missey, and 2 children, Loretta and Rusty.
