Charlotte Ann Kraupie Zimmerman

Charlotte Ann Zimmerman passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, July 18, 2011 in Yuma, Arizona. She was born June 16, 1937 in Bridgeport, Nebraska.

Life was good enough to give Charlotte a lifelong marriage with her soul mate, William “Bill” Lee Zimmerman. In her younger days Charlotte, enjoyed playing music with her husband and best friend, Bill. Charlotte was unlike most 74 year olds, in the sense that she loved the social network, her favorite past time was “Facebook”. She looked forward to reading comments and checking out the pictures that were posted by family and friends on her wall. Charlotte also enjoyed spending time with family and friends, fishing, camping, crocheting and boy did she love to shop.

Charlotte will be missed by her loving family members; daughters, Cheri (DJ) Nicholson of Yuma, AZ, Lori (Tino) Ayala of Elko, NV and Juli George (Price Mayer) of Aberdeen, ID; brother, Don Kraupie of Pocatello, ID; sister, Evelyn Kraupie of Bridgeport, NE; 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Charlotte will be joining the love of her live, Bill; parents, Henry and Violet Kraupie; brothers, Vernon, Charles, Dwain and Harold Kraupie; and her sisters Lois Sullivan and Loraine Kendall.

A Celebration of the Lives of Bill and Charlotte will be held next Father’s Day, June 17, 2012 at the Grand Canyon.
