James graduated from Catalina High School, and obtained his A. A. degree in Criminal Justice at Arizona Western College.
James is survived by; father Clinton Thomas Williams and mother Shiela Vivian Williams; sister Cornelia Davis, sister Karen Barnes, brother Jonathan Smith and brother Jeffery Smith.
The Lord is my shepherd;
I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside the still waters.
He restores my soul;
He leads me in the paths of righteousness
For His name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup runs over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
All the days of my life;
And I will [d]dwell in the house of the Lord
Forever.
A memorial service for James will be held Sunday, May 27, 2018 at 8:00 AM at Sabino Canyon, Tucson, AZ. Following the memorial service will be a celebration of life at 10:00 AM at Jeffery and Delicia Smith, 8147 West Booted Eagle Court, Tucson, AZ 85757.
