

Jesus was a Machinery Operator and worked on many ranches, driving tractors and taking care of different crops and cattle. He was a faithful member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. He enjoyed watching baseball and boxing. He liked to work on the yard and liked to make decorations for Christmas. The Christmas holiday was his favorite, he started to decorate his house 4 months before, to have everything ready by Thanksgiving. He enjoyed to spend time with his family and enjoyed listening to music.
Jesus is survived by his sons, Jose J. Celaya, Raul Celaya of Glendale, AZ, and Octavio Celaya; daughter, Araceli Celaya de Mendez; sister, Consuelo Celaya of Caborca, Sonora; brothers, Francisco Celaya of Caborca, Sonora, and Salvador Celaya of Phoenix, AZ.; 24 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
Jesus was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco Celaya and Dolores Piña; wife, Maria Alicia Celaya; sons, Diegoberto Celaya and Ruben Celaya; brother, Manuel Celaya; sisters, Marcelina Meraz and Delia Celaya.
Pallbearers will be Joe Celaya Jr., Carlos Ruben Celaya, Javier Celaya, Diego Celaya, Francisco Celaya, Raul Celaya, and Jose Mendez
Honorary pallbearers are Jose Luis Mendez, Abel Dominguez, Araceli Celaya de Mendez, Alfredo Martinez, Consuelo Celaya, Claudia Nieves, and Rosa Martine
