John E. Hutchins, 81, passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2012 in Yuma. He was born February 28, 1931, in Penelope, TX.
John was self employed; he owned Hutchins Construction. He enjoyed fishing in San Felipe and in 1977 saved stranded boaters in the Gulf of California.
John is survived by his wife Francesca Hutchins of Yuma; step daughter, Sofia Hovish of Yuma; step son, Rodrigo Contreras of Yuma and brother, David Hutchins of Texas.
Visitation with viewing will be held on Friday, December 28, 2012 between 7:00pm and 9:00pm at Johnson Mortuary
