Jose Guevara Sanchez

Paps was a man of quiet strength and endless compassion. Known for his innovative spirit and tireless willingness to help others. He never judged, he listened, understood and supported everyone around him, whether you knew him for years or just shared a brief moment. He touched many hearts by always showing up, whenever someone needed help, he was always there. Paps had a way of making everyone feel seen. People gravitated to him because of his funny personality and generosity. He saw potential in everything and brought ideas to life with his hands. Above all Jose was a devoted son, a loving brother and a true friend. His memory will live on in the lives that he helped throughout his life. Those memories will live on within us for the rest of our lives.

P.S. You were truly a jack of all trades. There wasn't a role you couldn't fill, a person you couldn't reach, or a challenge you wouldn't face. We'll miss your wisdom, your humor, your strength but most of all, we'll miss you.

A visitation will be held at Centro Cristiano El Shaddai, located at 1945 E. 20th St., Yuma, AZ 85365, on May 16, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

The funeral service will take place at the same venue on May 16, 2025, starting at 7:00 pm.
