Marianne met her husband who was serving in the United States Army, she then emigrated to the United States where she became a U.S. Citizen in Bisbee, Arizona.
After many years of traveling with her husband, she finally settle in Yuma, Arizona. Once in Yuma Marianne applied for a job at Gene's Restaurant where she worked as a Hostess until retiring. Marianne was also known as a active Member of the Yuma Elks Lodge, volunteering every chance she got.
Marianne is survived by her husband John; sons, Tom and Gary; daughter-in-laws, Inge and Sharon; grandchildren, John, Daniel, Margaret, Kayla and Justin; great-grandchildren, Dee Anna, Adrian, Sarah and great-great-grandchild Kai.
