Raquel Palacio, 45, of Yuma, Arizona, gained her Angel Wings on May 28, 2020 after her sudden illness, she passed peacefully at Yuma Regional Medical Center. She was born to the late Edward C. Palacio and Nancy Palacio on October 08, 1974. Raquel had a spark for life, and a contagious laugh that will never be forgotten. She loved to cook, enjoyed listening to music, and enjoyed the company of family and friends. She was a devoted mother to her 3 loving children, as well as her beloved Golden Retriever. She dedicated a decade of her life to caring for the elderly. She is survived by her son Gabriel Flores, daughters Alisha and Aaliyah Flores, also by her sister Maria C. Palacio (who was by her side for most of her sudden illness), brother Edward R. Palacio, sister Gina Palacio Carrasco, nieces Jasmine Elizalde and Briana Palacio, nephews Ray Morales, Joseph Morales, great-niece Mariah Elizalde and her beloved Golden Retriever Mango. She is preceded in death by her mother, father, and brother (Andrez Vasquez). Raquel loved life, enjoyed being a mother, was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind the most beautiful memories.
