Rita I. Carr, 98, passed away at La Mesa Health Care Center on Tuesday, July 13, 2010. She was born March 14, 1912 in Modesto, California.
Rita was a member of the Wigwam Country Club and President of the Women's Club. She had attended college for 2 years and held an Associates Degree. She enjoyed golf, bridge, and ballroom dancing.
Rita is survived by her son, Howard Carr of Placentia, CA. and daughter-in-law, Carol Carr of Tubac, AZ; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Carr and her son, Harvey Carr.
A cryptside service will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Desert Lawn Memorial Park.
