It is with great sadness that the family of Samuel (Sammie) Soliaza Martinez announce his passing after an unexpected heart attack on January 24, 2019. Sammie was born in Parker, Arizona on August 24, 1940 to George and Conception Martinez. Sammie grew up in Parker, Arizona and work his whole life in the agriculture field, and currently lived in Yuma, Arizona with his son Mark. He is survived by his son Mark Samuel Martinez, sisters Rosie Leivas, Dehlia Chandler (Mike), Sammie will also be forever remembered by his nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends. A Memorial Service will be in Parker, AZ at the Parker Apostolic Church at 11:00 am on February 22, 2019 with Interment to follow at Parker Cemetery for the immediate family.
