Born May 31, 1993 in Martinsburg, he was the son Bonnie S. Llewellyn Saylor-Cohen of Martinsburg and the late Carl W. Saylor.
Morgan was a warm and loving soul who befriended many. He was passionate about his work as a Peer Recovery Coach at the Daily Report Center in Martinsburg. Morgan attended Vision Church.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, Jacobi A. Saylor; his brother, Dylan M. Saylor and family Courtney D. Saylor and Natalie R. Saylor; his step-father, John Cohen; step-siblings: J. Michael Cohen, Jeremy R. Cohen, Joshua D Cohen, and Sarah R. Cohen and their families; his paternal grandparents, Robert Saylor and Minnie R. Frizzell Houpt; maternal grandfather, R. James Llewellyn Sr.; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews too numerous to mention.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 1, 2020 at 4pm at Poor House Farm Rotary Pavilion. It will be a covered dish dinner with service to follow.
