Eduardo Borrego Torres nació el 12 de octubre de 1941 en Palaύ, Coahuila México, hijo de Gabino Torres y Agustina Borrego. El 28 de junio de 2020 en Dallas, Texas, Eduardo se reunió con su Padre celestial. Se crió en Palύ y asistió a la Primaria Benito Juárez de 1947 a 1953. En 1963, Eduardo se casó con el amor de su vida, Rosa Elva Rangel, y tuvieron 7 hijos. Trabajó duro como minero de carbón en Planta Lavadora en su ciudad natal durante más de 12 años. En su tiempo libre, Eduardo disfrutaba tocar la guitarra, cantar, jugar béisbol en su juventud, viajar, andar en bicicleta y ver películas de vaqueros. Será recordado por amigos y familiares como un esposo, padre y abuelo amoroso que se dedicó a sus queridos nietos y su fe cristiana. Eduardo era un hombre muy perseverante que no se detendría ante nada para lograr sus objetivos; uno de los cuales era convertirse en ciudadano estadounidense. Eduardo es precedido en la muerte por sus padres Gabino Torres y Agustina Borrego; hermanos Alberto Torres, Ramón Torres, Gilberto Torres y Rogelio Torres; hermanas María de Jesús Torres y Magdalena Torres; hijos Tereso Torres y saul Torres. Le sobreviven su amada esposa, Rosa Elva Torres; niños Eduardo Torres Jr., Rosa Elva Calvillo, Saúl Torres, Marcos Antonio Torres, Agustín Torres, Argentina Torres y Verónica González Torres.
Eduardo Borrego Torres was born October 12, 1941 in Palaύ, Coahuila Mexico to Gabino Torres and Agustina Borrego. On June 28, 2020 in Dallas, Texas Eduardo was reunited with his heavenly Father. He was raised in Palύ and attended Benito Juarez Elementary from 1947 to 1953. In 1963 Eduardo married the love of his life, Rosa Elva Rangel, and they went on to have 7 children. He worked hard as a coal miner at Planta Lavadora in his hometown for more than 12 years. In his spare time, Eduardo enjoyed playing guitar, singing, playing baseball in his younger days, traveling, riding his bicycle and watching cowboy movies. He will be remembered by friends and family as a loving husband, father, and grandfather who was dedicated to his beloved grandkids and his Christian faith. Eduardo was a very persevering man who would stop at nothing to accomplish his goals; one of which was becoming a US citizen. Eduardo is preceded in death by his parents Gabino Torres and Agustina Borrego; brothers Alberto Torres, Ramon Torres, Gilberto Torres, and Rogelio Torres; sisters Maria de Jesus Torres, and Magdalena Torres; sons Tereso Torres, and saul Torres. He is survived by his loving wife, Rosa Elva Torres; children Eduardo Torres Jr., Rosa Elva Calvillo, Saul Torres, Marcos Antonio Torres, Agustin Torres, Argentina Torres, and Veronica Gonzalez Torres.
