Mr. Kenneth (Ken) Allen Dillon, age 52 of Salisbury, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2021 at NOVANT Health Presbyterian in Charlotte. Born on August 15, 1968 in Forsyth County, Kenneth was the son of the late Eugene Dillon and Jacquelyn McBride Dillon.
Ken was an employee of City of Charlotte where he worked in maintenance with the light rail system. He loved to ride his motorcycle, volunteered at the North Carolina Transportation Museum in Spencer, and worked on the steam locomotives and tracks. At home, he loved to cook and enjoyed relaxing by the firepit. He had a tremendous love for his family and his two boys were his pride and joy.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 2 years, Falyn Peacock Dillon and his sons, Danton Dillon and Devin Dillon. He also leaves behind his brother, Johnnie Dillon (Jill) and several nieces and nephews.
A private visitation and memorial service will be on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove.
