Charles Edwin Congelton Jr., age 85 passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. Charles was born July 30, 1935 in Upland, Pennsylvania.

Charles is survived by his wife, Gailya O. Congelton.

A graveside for Charles will be held Monday, March 8, 2021 at 9:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, Texas 79906.
