Jacque was born February 18, 1932, in Genoa, Nebraska to Roy and Eleanor Bowling. She moved to Scottsbluff with her parents at an early age. She received her education in Scottsbluff. Jacque worked over 40 years as a telephone operator for United Telephone in Scottsbluff. She married Chuck Bender in 1959 in Scottsbluff and they raised one son, Terry.
Jacque loved her church. She loved her home and spending time with family, friends and her two puppies Harley and Luca. Jacque always had a special interest in fashion and loved to keep current on clothing styles. Survivors include her son, Terry of Monument, Colorado.
Jacque was preceded in passing by her parents, Roy and Eleanor Bowling, her husband, Chuck, two sisters, Alyce Gross and Shirley Sullivan and an infant brother, Roy Jr.
A memorial mass will be held, Wednesday ,December 8, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 2314 3rd Ave, Scottsbluff, NE 79361.
