Barbara was born September 25, 1959, in Atlanta, Georgia to LJ Kennedy and Peggy Ellis. She graduated from Towers High School in Decatur, Georgia. She had a passion for animals, crafts and making others smile.
Barbara is survived by her children Charles Weik and Shawna Todd, and grandchildren Corwin, Tristan, Josephine, Max, Kyla, Ayden and Mikaela, along with several brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Todd, son Brandon Todd, as well as her parents, and brother Donald Fox.
Barbara loved to travel, and she loved all of her grandkids more than anything in the world and made sure that everyone knew it.
There will be a private celebration of life for family and friends announced at a later date.
