Robert Alan Kiess

Robert “Rob” Kiess, 55, passed away on May 29, 2026, in Colorado Springs. Born on October 1 9, 1970, Rob was known for his dry sense of humor and dedication to his family and friends. One of Rob's favorite pastimes was online gaming with friends. Known affectionately as "Uncle Bubba," he leaves behind a legacy of good times and lasting memories.Rob was employed by Vericast as a data analyst.

Rob is survived by his partner, Amie Milling; his father, Bob Kiess; his sister, Wendy Geist, and her husband, Tom; his nephews, Ken Geist (Danielle) and Wesley Geist; his niece, Amanda Jensen (Mark); and his beloved pets, Nikki the cat and Bailey the dog. He was preceded in death by his mother, Leilani Kiess.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo or a local animal rescue organization.

We are getting together to celebrate Rob’s life, share some stories, and remember all the good times. We’d love for you to join us.
