Salbador was born October 17, 1960, in Kansas City, Missouri to Virgilio M. and Beatrice (Navarro) Peña.
Salbador was a construction engineer and painter for most of his career. He loved fishing with friends and family. He loved going to Warsaw, Missouri to spend time at his travel trailer. He also loved traveling with his wife as well as friends and family. He enjoyed searching for waterfalls and enjoyed the outdoors
Salbador was preceded in death by his father Virgilio M Peña.
He was survived by his loving wife and soulmate Deborah Peña, mother Beatrice Peña, siblings: Virgil and Gloria Peña, Jimmie and Cheryl Peña, Rosemary Britton, Victor and Michelle Peña and 27 Nieces and nephews and 1 on the way!!
Visitation will be held at Susquehanna Assembly of God, 622 N Jennings Rd, Independence, Missouri 64056, on June 8, 2026, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. A Funeral Service will follow starting at 1:00 pm. Committal Service Oak Ridge Memory Gardens, 18301 E Salisbury Rd, Independence, Missouri 64056.
