It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear Dieter. Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Anna-Maria, he was the proud father of Ysabel and Alexandra. He leaves behind his sister Hannelore (Herbert), brother Manfred (Yolanda), sister-in-law Henriette (Pierre), brother-in-law Richard (Suzanne), cousins Corinna (Franz) and Roland (Laurie), as well as nieces, nephews, and many firm friends.
Our deep gratitude goes out to the nursing and care staff of CHSLD St-Georges who cared for him with compassion in his last weeks.
Visitation will be held Saturday, October 31st, 2026, from 12 pm to 2 pm at Centre Funéraire Côte-des-Neiges, 4225 Chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, followed immediately by a Celebration of Life.
The celebration will be streamed live for those unable to attend in person. https://funeraweb.tv/diffusions/129083
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Cummings Center Foundation, where he is remembered for his volunteering, or a charitable organization of your choice.
