Frances D. Armstrong, of Glenoma, passed away on January 30, 2010 at Morton General Hospital at the age of 82. She was born on April 5, 1927 to Henry and Elizabeth (Simpson) Stewart in Greene County, Tennessee.Frances grew up and attended school in Tennessee; then moved to California where she met her husband, Glenn Armstrong. They married on February 24, 1967 and would have celebrated their 43rd anniversary this year.Glenn and Frances enjoyed time traveling in their truck and 5th wheel trailer. Frances loved playing bingo and the “one-armed bandits” in Nevada. She was an all around good person and lived for her children and family.Preceding Frances in death were her parents, three sisters, two brothers and her son, Glenn Armstrong Jr. Surviving Frances are her husband: Glenn,Glenoma,WA, daughters: Marie DeYullis, Colonial Beach, VA, Ramona (Terry) Taylor, Monument, CO, Mary (Robbie) Gall, Monument, CO, Debra (Larry) Glenn, Castle Rock, CO, and Betty (Jimmy) Redmon, Glenoma, WA, sons: Elwyn Armstrong, Morton, WA , Rocky (Melissa) Armstrong, Glenoma, WA, Hobert (Laura) Armstrong, Colville, WA, Robert (Sandy) Rich, Tallahassee, FL and David Rich, Madera, CA, brother: Ari Stewart, Blountville, TN, daughter-in-law: Juanita Armstrong, Pueblo, CO, 34 grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren.Services under the direction of Brown Mortuary Service, Morton, WA.
