Washington Rafael Valencia, went home to be with his LORD Monday, March 12, 2012 at the age of 84.
Washington Rafael was born in Quito, Ecuador, Washington Rafael grew up in Ecuador, and graduated from Collegio Megia and also got his degree from Quito Universtiy. Washington Rafael had a career in Maritime Law for Linea Ecuatoriana and Grancolombiana. In 1967 he was appointed as an Honorary Consul of Ecuador.
January 25, 1955 Washington Rafael married Concha Aparicio Valencia, they lived together for 57 years. He was a wonderful father to three of his wonderful children Robert Valencia, Arabella Valencia Buckworth and Maria Elena Valencia. He was also a wonderful brother to his sisters Selina, Gulnara, Fabiola, Eulalia, Mercedes and his two brothers Pablo and Patricio.
Memorial service will be held at 6 P.M., March 15, 2012
