ENGLEWOOD CHAPEL
AMY-ANN GAZAL, 78 of Rotonda West, Florida died November 21, 2006. She was born on December 13, 1927 in Independence, Kansas and came to this area 28 years ago from Wood Cliff Lake, NJ. She was a Musician. She was a Charter member of the North Port Chorale, Cul-Cen Productions in Port Charlotte and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Englewood.
She is survived by her son, Andre; daughter, Bahia M. Gazal both of Rotonda West.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, December 8, 2006 at 11:00 am at Calvary Baptist Church in Englewood. Inurnment will be at a later date in Ridgewood, NJ. Lemon Bay Funeral Homes, Englewood Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
