He is survived by his loving wife, Joan; his sister, Mavis; his children, step-children, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents, Winifred & Thomas; his brother, Norman and his sister, Rosemary.
Born in Ireland, Andrew was a former police constable. In Canada, he had a lengthy career in telecommunications and, when retired, volunteered at YVR, his strata council and constructed model ships and participated in lawn bowling.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Regency Park Towers, 6611 Minoru Blvd, Richmond, BC, in the amenities room.
