Elizabeth was born August 6, 1932 in Doorn, The Netherlands. She was the youngest of nine children. Elizabeth immigrated to Canada in 1953, where she settled in Edmonton, and married Wilbur Devries in 1956.
Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband in 2012. She is survived by her daughters Ann (Stephen), Caroline (Eric), and Marion (Rick); 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and her sister, Gerry Vandenburg.
A memorial service will be held Monday, December 2, 2019 at 1:00 pm in Living Hope Christian Reformed Church, 34631 Old Clayburn Road, Abbotsford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Abbotsford Hospice Society.
