Frieda Tucker, late of Abbotsford , passed away on November 28 at the age of 95 at Menno Hospital. She is survived by her two sons, Tom (Elizabeth) and Brian (Pamela), seven grandchildren, Tom (Kim), Shannon, Jesse, Emily, Reid (Samantha), Jeffrey and Alison, and five great grandchildren, Bennett, Nolan, Vivian, Jack and Annie. She was predeceased by her husband Tom.
Frieda was born in Munich, and immigrated to Canada with her parents when she was four years old. She grew up in Mission, BC. She married Tom in 1949, and they raised their family in Burnaby, Prince Rupert, Campbell River, and Victoria. Frieda and Tom moved to Abbotsford in 1974. Freida and Tom enjoyed ballroom dancing, and in retirement they enjoyed travelling, visiting Europe, Hawaii, Mexico, and making numerous trips throughout North America in their motor home.
