Much respect for Gord,  who I knew as a boss and then a friend.  

I have known Gord since the Surrey Fitness Centre days then at Gators. Always lots of laughs. Dedicated lifter and friend. Have peace, Gord.

I have known Gord since 1982 when he used to help run Surrey Fitness Center,I used to train alot with him back then. I will surely miss him.He was a true friend that I could always count on.

My condolences to Wendy and Gord's family.  Gord was a friend to so many.  Truly a great guy.  You will be missed.

More often now I appreciate how opening the door and walking into your local gym can bring the most incredible people into your life. They become your friends, and most often are more like family. Gord is one of those people.

Gordo and I became friends in 1981, and remained in touch over the years. We enjoyed "many-a-good time" together and he was a "reliable guy" especially when it counted.  
I'm so glad he was "livin large and in charge" of what mattered in his life, and was leading "his" life in "his" business, in an industry that he understood and was at home in. 

Although, early on, life presented some complex challenges. Gord used his winning ways to rise above the complicated adversity and "flex" his inner winner, and become his own champion...

My condolences to Wendy, family members, friends and acquaintances.  
Gord had a special way of meeting us where it counted, and keeping our senses alert.

It was really shocking to hear this sad news.

I was very honored to have met Gord and he as truly a "man's man".  Our condolences to Wendy and all of Gord's friends and family.

Gord was one of the angels on this earth that knew and taught us what is really important in life.  He was always available with advice ,mostly a kind word and encouragement.  He was a great friend and we will miss him dearly.  Our hearts go out to Wendy and family.  God bless you.

Wow! I'm in shock. I only met you once, but the way Wendy went on about you in different conversations. You truly were her love!

Thank you Gord for making the world a saner place.  You were one of the first people I met when I moved to Abbotsford in 1998.  My regular visits to Reflex/Edge Nutrition to visit with you, Petra and Gup were the highlights of my week!  Your humour, wisdom, generous spirit and kindness are rare qualities.  You are going down in my history book as the best 'cancer-ox' I ever met. May your wonderfully grounded, devoted & protective spirit be with Wendy (especially now) and for all time. Xo  Judith .

Thank you Gord for being such a huge part of my life, both personal and business. You taught me so much about myself.  You always shared a different outlook on situations, which made me think outside of the box. You will be sadly missed by many, including myself and my family.
