Born on June 19, 1931, in Barendrecht, The Netherlands, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at home into the arms of Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior. Henk was a loving, caring, hardworking father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, always ready to witness about his Lord and Saviour.
Henk is survived by his two daughters, Arina, and Janneke, and Janneke’s husband, Jim Thiessen, granddaughter Gabrielle and her husband Jon Wiebe; two great-grandchildren, Ayden and Aria. Henk also leaves brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews in Canada and The Netherlands.
