She was predeceased by her husband, William Krahn and two brothers.
She is survived by her three daughters: Anni Krahn, Helen (David) Kroeker, Hilda (Rudy) Wiebe and six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Hilda was born in Nikolaevka, Ukraine. During the war she cane to Germany, and then immigrated to Ontario, Canada, where she met and married William Krahn. Later the family settled in Greendale, BC and then Clearbrook. Hilda loved to bake, sew and cook for her family. Her grandchildren were the joy in her life. They looked forward to the baking she would have ready for them, and knew she always had them in her heart and prayers. She will be missed.

A Memorial Service will be held at Clearbrook MB Church, 2719 Clearbrook Road in Abbotsford on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 11:00 am.
