June 30, 2021 at the age of 66 in Abbotsford, British Columbia.
Kevin is survived by his sisters Kathy and her husband Dave, sister Donna, brother Glen and his wife Jackie, his nieces and nephews Clayton, Mandy, Caleb and Damaris, as well as his many family and friends living in Saskatchewan.
Kevin was an officer, a gentleman, a man of God and a friend to many. He lived a life of dedicated service providing energy, knowledge, and skills to those he came across throughout his journeys. Kevin was also a man of many interests and shared his diverse knowledge and wisdom with those who had a curiosity or shared an interest. As a result, Kevin had friends from all walks of life. His deep religious faith which included an in-depth understanding of the bible and a close relationship with the Jesuits defined who he was. He did not judge others but instead opened his heart and listened and often offered a prayer.
Kevin was a loyal officer and consummate professional who faithfully served the communities of Richmond, British Columbia and the Town of Inuvik in the Northwest Territories. Kevin retired from service in 2015 as an officer of the court for the Justice of the Peace in the Northwest Territories.
