Laurence Grant Siaus

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Larry Grant Siaus who passed away peacefully on the morning of Sept 21, 2023 at Abbotsford Regional Hospital surrounded by his family. He leaves behind his wife Pat of 55 years, children Sean(Nicole), Colleen(Bryan), his four grandchildren Mattea, Rhett, Ethan & Taylor as well his Brother Jerry (Anna), cousins, and many nieces & nephews.

He was born on Dec 6, 1945 in Vancouver to Matt & Gladys Siaus. He met Pat and they were married on June 1, 1968. Larry & Pat owned and operated gas stations for over 30 years until they decided to slow down and retire.

Larry loved all things gardening, old cars, all genre's of music and his beloved Canucks, as he was a season ticket holder for over 40 years . He enjoyed spending time with friends, whether it was at ethnic dinner nights, or just opening up their home for friends and family to join for a great evening.

Larry put his family first supporting his children through all their sports and hobbies growing up and then supported and cheered on his grandchildren with his unforgettable devotion.

For all who knew Larry, he leaves behind cherished memories and his charismatic smile that will forever live in our hearts.

We invite friends and family to join us in celebrating Larry's life on Sunday November 12, 2023 at Bradner Hall, 1-4pm, 5305 Bradner Road, Abbotsford. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Parkinson Society of BC, https://www.parkinson.bc.ca/donate/. This was a cause close to Larry's heart.
