She is survived by her parents Allison Lister and Frank Dutra. Sisters; Jaime Lister and Jessie Stobbe. Grandparents Kate and Brent Lister. Uncle Ed and Maria Dutra, cousins Eddie, Miranda, Yuseph and Kareem Katiya. As well as many extended family members and friends.
A private celebration of Rachel’s life will be held at a later date.
