Tommy and Tammy, I am saddened at the news of Billy passing; the last time I saw him was at Butch and Pat's 50th wedding anniversary celebration. I'm so glad I got to visit with him then.

I can hear his booming voice say, "There's ol' Skeeter Kay!", followed by a big bear hug! When my brother Larry and I were just kids we spent several summers in Odessa. Larry stayed with Billy and Marcie and I stayed with Glen Ray and Linda. Those were such precious experiences; we had such a good time .

May you be comforted as friends support you and as God wraps His love around you. You are in my thoughts and prayers; I wish I could be with you , Glen Ray, and Butch's families tonight and tomorrow.

Billy was my cousin, my friend & playmate when we were young. I always loved going to the Chapman home to be with the cousins, usually to play monopoly or some other game. We shared school classes, school parties and Billy was always fun to be with. He married my good friend Marcia & we visited over the years with them or at our house. We even shared a car wreck with them in 1954. God was not through with His plan for our lives, so we lived. Now Billy has gone to his Eternal home to be with his Marcee . We will be together again someday.
