Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 9, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. at Elliott-Hamil as well, followed by his interment at Tye Cemetery on Morgan Street in Tye. To know Billy was to love him, and those fortunate enough to have had him as a friend, had a man who was in their corner through everything. Billy was loving, caring, the best listener in the world. He absolutely adored his family and never forgot a birthday. He was always the first one to send a birthday wish and we will truly miss those early morning texts and calls. Though we are heartbroken that he is gone, we know that there will be a day where we will be reunited with Billy.
