Cecilia was a very happy soul who loved her time as a resident of Abilene State Supported Living Center. She was loved by many caretakers who soon became her friends and cared for her as family.
Cecilia enjoyed her visits from her family and loved to laugh at their playful, clownish and silliness acts when with her. She was loved and will be missed by so many.
She is survived by her brothers Ruben, Joe and Raul from Pecos, her brothers Edward and Lionel both from Odessa, her sisters Lupe Gil, Silvia Aguilar, and Velma Gabaldon from Midland and Elsa Pando from Pecos.
She is preceded in death by both her parents two sisters and a brother.
Her family would like to thank The Abilene State Supported Living Center staff for all the care and love shown to Cecilia all these years.
They would also like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the all the staff at Hendrix Hospice Center of Abilene for their gentle care during her last days
