Daniel "Baby D" Tristan

Daniel “Baby D” Flores Tristan, 23, beloved son of Rosita Flores Tristan, born May 26, 1990, went to be with the Lord on April 27, 2014. Graveside Service will be held Monday, May 5, 2014, at 11:00 am in the Cedar Hill Cemetery, Abilene, TX., under the direction of Elliott Hamil Funeral Home, 542 Hickory St., Abilene. There will be a benefit held on Sunday, May 4, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Nelson Park. BBQ plates will be sold to help with funeral costs. A second benefit will be held Sunday night at Club Caliente from 7:00pm-12:00am. Donations will be accepted at the door.

Daniel loved fishing with his best friend and brother, Henry F. Tristan. He was a craftsman who enjoyed building things and working on cars. When he wasn’t spending time with his family, he was playing pool with his friends. Daniel was a beloved son, brother and father. He will be missed by all who were blessed to know him.

Daniel was preceded in death by his father, Henry Tristan, Sr.; his grandparents, Everardo and Phoebe Flores, and Florencio and Isabel Tristan.

He is survived by his mother, Rosita Tristan; his two brothers, Henry F. Tristan and Henry Tristan, Jr.; his two children, Adyan Tristan and Emyri Tristan; his companion, Ami Foreman and her two children, Zavier and Zayla Lopez, all of Abilene; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
