David was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Joseph and Viola Mishich in January of 1963. He was a wonderful brother, uncle, and friend. David enjoyed visiting with family and friends, listening and singing to music, going out to eat with family and friends, playing board games and attending community activities. His favorite sports team was the Green Bay Packers. He was a resident for 18 ½ years at the Abilene State Supported Living Center.
David is survived by three brothers; Gary, Dennis and Thomas Mishich, all of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, four sisters; Sandra (Gary) Kandziora of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, Karen (Bill) Ward of Abilene, Texas, Linda (Victor Balistreri) Radaj of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Judith (Michael) Hale of Watertown, Wisconsin, seven nieces and nephews; Jennifer Dinius (Phillip Allmand) and Jessica (Anthony) Peoples of Abilene,Texas, Amy Radaj and Sherry (James Bendlin)Radaj of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, T.J Mishich of Idaho, Sarah (Sami Asmi) Hale of Muscat, Oman and Kaitlin (Howard) Schleef of Waukesha, Wisconsin, and nine great nieces and great nephews; Brittney (Seth Smith) , Mercedes (Emilio Aguilar) Brandon and Samuel of Texas, and Holly, Ashley, Lily, Emily and Ethan all of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and his best friends Carol and late husband Johnny Yates.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 20, 2019 from 2-4 pm at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 5701 Hwy 277 South, with a Funeral Service to be held on Monday, October 21, 2019 at 2 PM at Elliott-Hamil Chapel. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
The family suggests memorials to Hendrick Hospice of Abilene.
